Plateaux Live at Nuit Elastique 29/06/11

Plateaux, the band I'm a part of will be doing a live set at Nuit Elastique event at New Empowering Church on wed 29th of June. We haven't done any gigs since cafe 2001 gig in Brick Lane which I can't even remember when.. 1 - 2 years ago I think..... So will see, this could be a start of many to come. Tanzspektrum Münster "Balletto and Friends" premier 22nd of May

Quadroptica has just finished designing for amazing choreographer/dancer, Juan Carlos Requena titled "my space" and it will premier on 22nd of May at Kleines Haus der Städtischen Bühnen, Münster, Germany as a part of "Balletto and Friends" performance. Story So Far.. Part 4 Från Göteborg till Japan -Charity Art Performance-

Finally, I have just got back from amazing fund raising event organised by four Japanese dancers of Göteborgs Operan in Gothenburg, Sweden. Quadroptica collaborated with Kyoko Matsumoto for special dance performance called 'Kizuna'. Event was highly succesful with such acts as Little Dragon and Magnus Rosén also on the bill. There was some nice press coverage of our piece on Sveriges Radio.  It was great to be able to contribute to rebuilding of Tohoku area of Japan. I'd like to thank my wife, Monika for some beautiful photos that I used to animate with. Here is a little teaser and the recording of the performance on the night. See the full version here

Story So Far.. Part 3 ITA the Sultan Qaboos Award at Shangrilla, Muscat Oman

Next up is a short trip to Oman, where we designed special video sequences and performed a VJ set for the Award ceremony of ITA Oman. With Omani Royal family in attendance, this event was broadcast live on Omani national TV.  You can see the video below to wonderful music of Talvin Singh's "Traveller"

Story So Far.. Part 2 Quadroptica residency at Proud2

Next up. Quadroptica joined HearColours vj roster at the Proud2 ( formally known as matter) at the O2 arena. Highlight so far includes Proud2 Official launch night with Mystery Jets, Nero, The Bees and the Friendly Fire, Kylie's O2 Arena gig after party. With kicking sound system that was Matter with newly decorated space. This venue is the one to explore. Story So Far.. Part 1 E:CUBE Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park

Very happy 2011 to everyone. It's been months since I made any update on here.. I have been very busy with some exciting projects and now I would like to update you on what has been happening at Quadroptica studio since last time.

First up is the E:CUBE project where along with Carlo Rossi of the Organic Jam, we designed immense wall to wall visual art. With such celebrity as Kate Moss regularly attending, E:CUBE was certainly where it was at in London winter of 2010. Special thanks goes to Georgina Fergusson and Jhem Murray who came up with  great sponsor visuals.
